For smash sessions, participants must be over 13 with a parent present. For paint splatter sessions, all ages are welcome.
For smash sessions, there is a safety capacity of 4 total participants. For paint splatter sessions, there is a limit of 6 total participants per session.
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled session time to allow for waiver signing, suiting up and safety briefing. Arrivals 5 minutes past your scheduled session start time will result in a missed session.
Comfortable clothing is recommended. Long sleeves and pants are preferred and closed-toe shoes are required. Please note for paint sessions, although we use washable paint, we cannot guarantee that paint will not stain clothing or other materials. Dress to make a mess!
Yes, every participant will need to sign a waiver.
Yes, we offer physical gift cards for sale during our normal business hours as well as e-gift cards that can be purchased here.
Yes, please bring a valid form of photo identification.
Yes! We accept all glassware including liquor bottles and jars. Small devices such as computers, keyboards, VCR’s DVD players, routers, printers etc. We also accept flat screen monitors and TV’s and small furniture such as wooden desks, chairs, or nightstands. Please contact us to schedule a drop-off or pick up, small donations can be brought in during operating hours.
Yes! We encourage you to make memories and take advantage of our many photo opportunities located around the rooms. Please note we are not responsible for damaged devices if you choose to take them into your session.
We provide free secure lockers.
Although we prefer online booking, we do accept walk-in’s based on availability. Reservations are strongly suggested on the weekend.
Cancellations and rescheduling must be made with at least 48 hours’ notice. All refunds will be in the form of a gift card ONLY. Refunds will not be given for cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your scheduled session. No shows will be treated as a cancellation and will not be refunded. If we have to cancel for situations beyond our control such as weather closures, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
